I see coaching as a process where I partner with you to explore your goals and dreams when it comes to sex, whats getting in the way, and help you decide on your next steps.

Coaching aims to help you tap into your own wisdom and discover your own truth, power and importantly, your own solutions.

The process is client-led and creative, and the coach holds a space which is non-judgemental, curious and confidential. Coaching focuses on asking questions that are designed to evoke awareness and understanding. 

Coaching aims to be future and/or goal oriented (rather than giving advice or delving into the past), helping a client identify answers within themselves with actionable steps crafted to help them achieve this. 

As part of coaching, we may explore concepts such as core or limiting beliefs, or experiences from your past that act as barriers in the present. However coaching is not therapy, counselling, treatment, diagnosing or advice-giving. Coaching is also not a substitute for professional advice from a doctor, therapist, counselor, or other qualified professional.

Professionally, my coaching is trauma-informed, rooted in compassion, and fuelled by the belief that women thrive when they feel seen, heard, and free to take up space.

I approach this work through a feminist lens- acknowledging the pressures and barriers that shape women’s choices around sex while creating space to imagine something more.

In our sessions we'll create a supportive space to explore what matters to you most, untangle what’s holding you back, and help you take control of your life.

Coaching is a collaborative process. You are the expert in your own life, and I’m here to hold a safe, supportive, and empowering space.

I will listen deeply, ask thought-provoking questions, and support you to see new perspectives- always with compassion, respect, and sensitivity.

We will celebrate progress- not perfection- along the way. This is your journey, and it doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s.

As your coach, I commit to:

Because I know how it feels to lose my sexual desire, so I’ve been there and I bring lived experience of feeling clueless about what you want in bed, what turns you on, how to ask for what you want and so much more!

I don’t judge, I listen and offer gentle questions to help you gain more insight into your own situation and what you truly want.

It’s an honour to allow women time and space to talk about the things that often we have nowhere else to speak this aloud.

We go at your pace and I don’t advise- I listen and help you explore what matters most to you.

My past professional experience consists of 15 years working in the violence against women and girls and sexual health sector, including direct support to survivors, training, group facilitation and project management.

I am currently training to be a coach with The Clique Academy London under their International Coaching Federation (ICF) Pathway.

​Alongside my coaching credentials I am a trained Domestic Abuse Prevention Advocate (DAPA).

Usually we'll have a 60 min one to one session held remotely.

Currently my availability is usually in the evenings after 8pm or on a Friday (GMT time).

One coaching session is £39, or you can book a block of three coaching sessions for £100.

I also don’t want cost to be a barrier for you to access coaching. If the above prices don’t work for you please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we can work something out.
