The Five Elements of Desire.

Your desire is influenced by far more than whether you’re in the mood. Your body. Your mind. Your relationship. Your sex life. Your sense of self.

All of these things are interconnected.

Desire lives in the relationship between all five elements.

These elements are constantly interacting with one another. When one changes, the others can change too. There isn't one magic ingredient that creates desire- and there isn't one thing you need to “fix” to get it back.

Your sexual desire is a whole ecosystem.

Your desire is influenced by far more than whether you're “in the mood”.

Your body. Your mind. Your relationship. Your sex life. Your sense of yourself.

All of these things are connected — and they can all affect whether desire has room to show up.

So when your desire fades, it makes sense to look beyond the bedroom.

It makes sense that you might not fancy sex after having a baby. When you're exhausted. When work is relentless. When your body doesn't feel like your own. When your relationship feels disconnected. When sex has become something you feel you should want.

You're not broken. Your desire is responding to something.

And that's where the Five Elements of Desire come in.

Women's desire dipping is often a very natural and normal response to what's going on in their lives.

It makes SENSE that you might not fancy sex if you've just had a baby, or you're under lots of work pressure, or your relationship doesn't feel quite right.

You’re not broken, dysfunctional or unusual if you're disinterested in sex (even if you feel like it sometimes!).All desire is interconnected.

When desire fades, many of us assume:

  • something is wrong with us

  • it’s permanent

  • we just have to accept it

But this is far from the truth!

In this course I am going to share with you the mind-blowing reality when it comes to your sex drive.

Over the following chapters of this course, I’ll show you that:

#1 There are six essential elements that shape sexual desire.

These are the everyday factors that affect desire- what extinguishes it and what sets it alight.

#2 These are likely the reason WHY your sexual desire has faded:

Women's desire usually dips for a reason- you’re not dysfunctional, broken or unusual. A dip in desire is information, not permanence, and there will be a logical reason behind why you don't want sex.

#3 And YOU have the power to shape how much desire you feel.

Desire isn't static or set but is an element you have the power to activate. As soon as you understand the elements that make up desire, you have insight into what's causing your desire to dip- and a pathway for how to restore it.

Understanding what causes your desire for sex to rise and fall will help you to navigate the inevitable ups and downs of desire with compassion, understanding and confidence.

And you can use this information to forge a transformative relationship with sex, your partner- and most importantly, with yourself.

With this new knowledge I guarantee you'll never look at sex and desire the same way again.

Sound good?

I can't wait to share it with you.
